Informative and inspiring – thinking ahead together.

We were delighted to welcome numerous guests to the expert dialogue at the Baden stamping plant. After a musical introduction, we got straight to the topic of lean management. Together with our panel guests Daniel Odermatt and Joachim Lorch, moderated by Ladina Spiess, a lively discussion ensued.

One thing that particularly stuck with us was that much of what we now refer to as “lean” has long been part of our intuitive approach. The term may date back to the 1940s, but it remains as relevant as ever. And we should change anything that bothers us.

We were delighted with the feedback from the audience: the expert dialogues are a place for new perspectives, food for thought, and, of course, networking over a nice aperitif afterwards.

We are taking away some exciting ideas – and look forward to developing them further together.
