At the fourth edition in early May, the exclusive group of guests enjoyed an enthralling, practical discussion with panellists Markus Conzelmann and Grégoire Allet, which covered passion, design, skills shortages and innovation in the hotel industry. Another successful event at the Stanzerei in Baden.
Mid-June saw Glaeser Projekt AG’s third expert dialogue take place with specialists from the food service industry. At the Aktionshalle Stanzerei in Baden, Switzerland, Christine Maier interviewed panellists Rudi Bindella jr. and Niklaus Schneider about the challenges currently being faced in food service.
