As part of this year's career fair and career information days at the Baden school, we welcomed students to our company for three half-days and gave them their first insight into practical work.

Encounters like these are valuable: they encourage young people's curiosity, strengthen dual vocational training, and show them concrete prospects for their future.

Our apprentices enthusiastically shared insights into their training—directly from their practical experience, authentically and approachably.

For us, promoting young talent is not just a task, but an investment in the future of our industry.
