Deloitte, Zurich: New headquarters, big step into the digital future.

Deloitte Switzerland is concentrating its business in a new headquarters in Switzerland. On the former Welti-Furrer site in Zurich's trendy district Kreis 5, the Prime 2 building was planned and built by Zurich architects Max Dudler. The tenant fit-out was fully managed by Emch+Berger ImmoConsult AG Basel on a PM and GP mandate. Glaeser Projekt AG carried out the entire project as general contractor. Modern and innovative office space was created on five floors with approximately 13,000 square metres, which can be used flexibly for up to 2000 employees.
